Email our team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items to initiate a claim.

Our team will review your report against our farm's quality control logs to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched with our next local delivery run.
